Responsibilities include serving drinks and meals to guests in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner, in all food and beverage outlets. Suggestively sell menu and drink items and ensure that guests receive quality service throughout their visit. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high volume fine-dining restaurant experience preferred. Professional presentation and strong communication skills required.
This position is a leadership position supporting the Director and Assistant Director of Services in ensuring that the guest rooms of the Resort are cleaned to the Resort’s expectations daily. The position will work to prepare daily assignments for the room attendants and house persons; inspects condo units and public areas; communicate work orders to Engineering and order supplies as needed. Supervisor will assist in training new staff members to execute their job duties in accordance with department policies and procedures. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities are to provide service assistance to servers in the restaurants. Will transport food from the kitchen to the restaurant and assist in presentation of food items to the guests. Will bus tables in the restaurant and deliver soiled dishes to the kitchen and re-set tables as needed with clean china, glassware and silverware. Must be able to carry a tray of food and dishes weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis throughout shift. Professional presentation and good communication skills required.
This position works in the kitchen of the Resort offering sanitation support to the culinary team and restaurant service staff. Candidates should display a guest service personality and positive attitude towards helping others in the back of the house areas. Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Position is physically demanding requiring an individual to carry up to 50lbs. and will be standing/moving for the entire shift. Position will be exposed to water and some temperature changes. Must be able to communicate in basic English. Shifts will be predominately afternoon shifts; however some AM shifts could be required. Work schedule will include weekends and holidays.
At least 3 years culinary experience required along with good knife skills. Applicants must have the ability to work sauté, pantry and fry stations. Direct breakfast cookery expertise. Banquet experience a plus. Provides fast, friendly and responsive customer service to culinary co-workers and restaurant service team. Prepares food items per ticket order or as required for production including, but not limited to, soups, sauces, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and breakfast items. Employs proper cooking methods, cooks to specifications and handles, stores and rotates food properly in accordance with established health and safety standards. Flexible work schedule.
Front Desk Representative
Position requires friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and the ability to provide accurate information to guests, co-workers and visitors. Previous hotel front desk / guest services experience is preferred. Flexible schedule is required – includes days, evenings, holidays and weekends as needed. Shift work will be primarily PM shifts (3 – 11PM). Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Professional presentation, strong communication skills and computer aptitude. The desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to perform job function with attention to detail, speed and accuracy, prioritize, organize and ownership of follow-up. Candidates must display good judgment, follow directions thoroughly and work with minimal supervision.
